Infinity Koi Farm Auction Policy
Registration & Bidding
Please create an Infinity Koi Farm account and log in before placing a bid. Review the koi’s photos, description, size, and shipping requirements carefully. When the auction closes, the highest valid bidder wins. Please bid only if you intend to complete your purchase.
Payment & Delivery Scheduling
Full payment for the koi and shipping must be completed before shipment. After payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable shipping or pickup date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is not included in any winning bid and is paid by the buyer.
• Small shipping box: $175 per box
• Large shipping box: $250 per box
The box size and number of boxes required depend on the size and number of koi purchased. Multiple koi may share a box when safe packing allows. Additional boxes incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us before bidding if you need a shipping estimate.
Large Koi & Airport Pickup
Koi measuring 22 inches or larger will be shipped through American Airlines Cargo to the nearest suitable airport offering the required cargo service. Airport availability, shipping costs, and pickup arrangements must be confirmed before shipment. The buyer is responsible for collecting the koi promptly from the airport cargo facility.
Cancellation & Restocking Fee
If a winning bidder cancels the purchase or declines to take the koi, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee applies, calculated on the final winning bid price, excluding shipping. This fee applies to cancellations initiated by the buyer, not cancellations made by Infinity Koi Farm.
Safe Shipping & Live Arrival
The health and safety of our koi come first. Shipping dates may be adjusted because of weather, flight availability, or conditions that could put the fish at risk. Our published Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Policy also apply to auction purchases.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to this Auction Policy.
